SNL Mother's Day

In case you missed it last night, the great Betty White on SNL:

Quotes from Betty....

Betty as Betty:

“All creatures must learn to coexist. That’s why the brown bear and the field mouse can share their lives in harmony. Or course, they can’t mate or the mice would explode.”

Betty as the promiscuous Sue Ann Nivens on the Mary Tyler Moore show:

"I was lying in bed last night and I couldn't sleep, and I came up with an idea. So I went right home and wrote it down. "

Betty as the ever-Minnesotan Rose Nylund from St. Olaf on The Golden Girls:

Dorothy (Talking about recovering from her gambling addiction): "You're never really cured, Rose. You learn to live each day just one day at a time."

Rose: "Well of course you do, Dorothy. I mean if you took them two at a time you'd end up constantly changing your underwear!"

One of my favorite vignettes... with Craig Ferguson in 2008...

Ray and I stayed up late to watch the entire show. It was knee-slapping hilarious. She's a pill, for sure. Happy Mother's Day, Quid! Blessings!

I confess to having a bit of a problem with accents every now and then - very funny in places, thanks for sharing.

She was really funny on SNL wasn't she. Amazing that she's 88.5 years old.

Hope your Mother's Day was happy . . .
